Objection to Advertising emails

We herewith object to the use of contact data published to send us promotional and information material that we have not expressly requested. The operators of this website and its pages reserve the express right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of promotional information, for instance, via SPAM messages.

If you submit inquiries via our inquiry form, the information provided in the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide, will be stored by us in order to handle your inquiry and in case we have further questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

The processing of these data is based on Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. a GDPR, if your request is based on your consent. You can revoke this consent at any time. To do so, an informal notification via email to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out up to the point of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you enter into the inquiry form will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to the storage of data or if the purpose for which the data is being stored no longer exist, e.g. once the processing of your request has been completed. Mandatory legal provisions, in particular retention periods,  remain unaffected.

Inquiry by email, telephone or fax

If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your inquiry, including all resulting personal data will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. We do not pass these data on without your consent.

The processing of these data is based on Art. 6 Sect. lit. b GDPR, if your inquiry is related to the fulfilment of a contract.

 

4. Analysis tools and advertisements

Matomo (formerly Piwik)

This website uses the open-source web analytics tool Matomo. Matomo uses so called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and that enable the analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookies is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymized before storage.

Matomo cookies remain on your device until you delete them.

The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website  is not passed on to third parties. You can prevent the storage of cookies by configuring your browser software accordingly. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions our website offers to their full extent.

If you do not agree with the storage and use of your data, you can deactivate the storage and use. In this case, an opt-out cookie will be stored in your browser that prevents Matomo from storing usage data. If you delete your cookies, this will also result in the Matomo opt-out cookie being deleted. The opt-out must be reactivated when you visit our site again.

 

5. Newsletter

Newsletter data

The data you provided for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored until you unsubscribe, upon unsubscribing from the newsletter all your stored data will be deleted. Data stored by us for other purposes will remain unaffected.

 

6. Plugins und Tools

Google Web Fonts

This site uses so called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform representation of fonts. When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google's servers. This allows Google to know that our website was accessed via your IP address. This site uses the map service Google Maps via an API. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
